What exactly am I buying?

A fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) policy template, delivered by instant download. It's a professionally structured starting point that your organisation tailors, approves and adopts as its own — not a finished, ready-to-adopt policy and not advice.

Are the documents specific to my country?

Each document is prepared for the edition shown on its product page. The Global edition is written to be jurisdiction-neutral: it is built around international standards and the expectations of bodies such as the Basel Committee, FATF, the FSB, ISO and the IIA, and refers to "the Company's prudential regulator" rather than to any one country's agency, so you localise it to wherever you operate. Country-specific editions are in preparation — tell us which one you need.

Who can use a purchased document?

One organisation (the entity named at purchase, including wholly-owned subsidiaries) under our single-organisation licence. You can edit it freely and keep using it indefinitely. Consultants buying for a client need one licence per client organisation.

Can I see what's in a document before buying?

Every product page lists the document's full section contents and approximate length. If you need more detail to decide, ask us before you buy.

What if a document isn't what was described?

If a document is materially defective or materially misdescribed, contact us within 30 days and we'll resupply, replace or refund it. Because delivery is instant, we don't generally refund change of mind — and nothing in our terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See the Terms of Sale.

Do prices include GST?

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude tax. If your billing country is Australia, 10% Australian GST is added at checkout and your receipt is a tax invoice showing our ABN. If you are outside Australia the sale is a GST-free export under Division 38 of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999, and GST is shown as nil. Any other foreign taxes or duties are your responsibility.

How do I get my documents after paying?

They're available immediately in My Documents, and you can re-download them any time.

Are documents updated when regulations change?

Each document shows a "last reviewed" date. Regulations change; you should always verify currency for your circumstances before use. We periodically refresh the catalogue, and documents you've purchased remain available to re-download in the version you bought.
