Terms of Sale

These terms govern every purchase from FinancePolicies, a business name of SparkleVote Pty Ltd (ABN 63 613 546 704) ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, together with the Licence, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell downloadable, editable document templates for banks, deposit-taking institutions and finance companies. Every document is a template prepared in good faith: it is general in nature, is not legal, financial or compliance advice, and must be reviewed, tailored and approved by your organisation before use. Responsibility for use of any document rests solely with the organisation using it, as set out in the Disclaimer.

2. Business customers

Our documents are intended for purchase by or on behalf of organisations, not consumers. You confirm you are purchasing for business purposes.

3. Orders and delivery

Orders are delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, your documents become available for download from your account immediately and remain available for re-download. If a download fails, contact us and we will resupply it.

4. Price and payment

Prices are displayed at checkout in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time before purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

5. Refunds

Because documents are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind — please review a document's description before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where they apply. If a document is materially defective or materially misdescribed, contact us within 30 days and we will resupply, replace or refund it. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and a failure is major, you may choose your remedy, and the 30-day period does not limit any statutory rights you have.

5A. International purchases and taxes

Documents are prepared for the jurisdiction stated in their description only. If you purchase from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws (including local consumer, tax and data-protection laws), and nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under local law that cannot be excluded. Prices include Australian GST where it applies; any foreign taxes or duties are your responsibility.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Your use of every purchased document is governed by the single-organisation Licence. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the documents remain ours.

7. Liability

Our liability in connection with any purchase is limited as set out in the Disclaimer, which applies to these terms as if set out in full here.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
